Ingredients:
For the Sandwich:
1 Ribeye Steak (6-8 oz)

4 Slices of Provolone or Swiss Cheese

4-5 Slices of Pepperoni or Salami

1 tbsp Butter

Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

For the Sauce (Optional):
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Horseradish (optional for a spicy kick)
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Adjust time based on preferred doneness.
Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Toast the Bread:
Slice the baguette or hoagie roll in half lengthwise.
Spread butter on the inside and toast in a skillet until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Sandwich:
Spread the sauce (if using) on both sides of the bread.
Layer slices of steak, followed by pepperoni or salami, and top with cheese.
Place the sandwich under a broiler or in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for a fresh touch.
Serve warm and enjoy with chips, salad, or a cold drink.
